Calendar 2021
The Mighty Snake River 2021 Calendar

Over the last year (give or take a few months), Ralph and I have spent some time checking out “the ‘hood”. Chances are you have seen a few if you follow along on my Facebook page (@corinnabugphoto). I tried to keep a lid on this project but apparently I got too excited. Someone may need to reign me in for future projects. Haha!

The backside of a sunrise….

I did a test run for my family at the end of last year and now I’m ready to share with all of you. I compiled a few of my favorites in to a calendar as a start. I am also offering prints for sale! I’ve heard from many of you asking if I have any that I have that they can see. I’m happy to report that, YES, I do! If you live in the Magic Valley and want to see before you buy, please let me know – I’m sure we can figure something out.

Clearwater Area
Bidding you good night from Coldwater Area…

I am, however, sharing a few here with you in order to whet your whistle (but please, no catcalls – that might net you a few wiry-haired dogs, probably not the intention of your whistle – hehe). But I digress….

Our intention was to travel from one end of the state to the other but 2020 apparently had other plans. While that didn’t keep us inside, it did reign us in a little more than planned. When we headed out, we brought all necessary supplies with us. Coffee and cheese were high on the list of must-haves. Photos from this calendar range from the Neeley Area (near American Falls) to Paradise Valley (near King Hill) and points in between.

Pillar Falls
Pillar Falls – time best spent with friends…

I will leave you with this photo last. It is a favorite of mine. Partly because of the photo itself but mostly because of the memories it evokes. In 2019, I lost my boss to complications from an emergency surgery. If you knew him, you knew what a huge heart he had. His loss was felt by many throughout the world. I don’t say that because I brag – I say that because he touched that many people. He was a humble man when it came to sharing the gifts that God gave him. He didn’t want accolades, he just wanted to bless others as God had blessed him. When he wasn’t traveling, he lived next to the canyon rim, to the east of the Perrine Bridge. Last January I was privileged to stop by his home and take some photos of his views. The fishermen were an added bonus and a happy reminder that spending time together is a precious gift.
